I accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect item was shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email me at [email protected] within 7 days of the delivery date.
Upon receipt of your email, I will respond promptly and accordingly to arrange for the item to be returned to me and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement is not available, I will refund the full purchase price upon receipt of the item/s.
I will pack your item/s carefully to protect the products and minimize any potential damage that occur during shipping. I will not be responsible for damages incurred during shipping/transport, or lost packages by shipping company.
